Organic Porridge Oats (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
2 Tbsp Gluten-free Oats
Smooth Peanut Butter, Organic 280g (Meridian)
1 Tbsp Peanut butter
Ground Cardamom 50g (Hampshire Foods)
2 pinches Cardamom powder
Sugar-Free Almond Drink with Calcium, Organic 1 Litre (Ecomil)
150ml Almond milk, unsweetened.
Other Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
Method
- Chop the banana into a powerful smoothie and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 10-15 seconds, remove jug and shake. Then blitz again for up to 30 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a mug or cup. Sprinkle with extra cardamom powder if you wish.
