Tofu Chocolate Pudding Pots
Our chocolate pudding pots are vegan-friendly and silky smooth. No one would guess that they are made with tofu. Its important to use silken tofu here. It really lends itself to recipes like this, adding a creaminess without the need for dairy.
This recipe makes enough to fill 4 – 6 small ramekins. You can swap the type of chocolate to give your pudding pots a different flavour. We love the idea of chocolate orange pots, or chocolate mint!
Organic Silken & Smooth Tofu 300g (Clearspring)
2 packets of silken tofu
Panama Dark Chocolate, Organic 80g (Chocolate and Love)
1 bar of dark chocolate
Buckwud Canadian Maple Syrup 250g (Rowse)
3 tbsp maple syrup
Pure Vanilla Extract 60ml (Nielsen Massey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Organic Raw Cacao Powder 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
3 tbsp cacao powder
Corn Flour (Starch) 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp corn flour
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until silky smooth.
- Pour into cups
- Refrigerate overnight
- Serve and enjoy!
