Chopped Tomatoes, Organic 400g (Mr Organic)

Tomato Puree, Organic 200g (Biona)
1 tbsp tomato puree
Rapeseed Oil, Organic 750ml (Mr Organic)
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Shoyu Soya Sauce, Organic 150ml (Clearspring)
1 tbsp soya sauce
Balsamic Vinegar, Organic 350ml (Aspall)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
1 tsp coconut sugar
Cumin Powder, Organic 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.5 tsp cumin powder
Hampshire Foods Cayenne Pepper 100g
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Vegetable Bouillon Powder, Organic 900g (Marigold)
1 tsp vegan bouillon powder (optional)
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)

Black Pepper Powder 100g (Hampshire Foods)
pepper to taste
Other Ingredients
- 2 celery sticks.
- 1 onion.
- 1 peppper.
- 1 carrot.
- Half a medium courgette.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- coriander, lime & avocado – to serve.
Method
- Chop your vegetables. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for around 3 minutes. Add in the celery sticks, carrot, courgette & pepper, cook for around 5 minutes.
- Add in the spices and coconut sugar and cook until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes, tomato puree, balsamic vinegar, soya sauce and bouillon powder (if you’re using one), cover the pot and cook for around 15 minutes stirring regularly.
- Add in cacao powder, beans & chopped walnuts and cook for around 5 minutes.
- Serve with avocado, lime, coriander and rice.
