Organic Raw Cacao Powder 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
1.5tbsp Cacao Powder
Organic Coconut Sugar 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
4tbsp Coconut Sugar
70% Dark Chocolate 90g (Divine Chocolate)
90g Dark Chocolate Bar
Barista Oat Drink 1 litre (Oatly)
500ml Oat Drink
Corn Flour (Starch) 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2tsp Corn Flour
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
pinch of Salt
Method
- Pour 50ml oat milk into a cup.
- In a small saucepan, bring 450ml oat milk to the boil.
- Chop your dark chocolate.
- Mix the cornflour with 50ml oat milk and set aside.
- Combine the cacao powder, coconut sugar and salt. Add cacao mix and dark chocolate to your boiling milk. Mix until all combined.
- Bring the heat down, add the cornflour mix and whisk until combined and thick.
- Serve with some dark chocolate shavings and vegan cream or marshmallows. Enjoy!
