Vegan Thick Italian Hot Chocolate

Method

  1. Pour 50ml oat milk into a cup.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring 450ml oat milk to the boil.
  3. Chop your dark chocolate.
  4. Mix the cornflour with 50ml oat milk and set aside.
  5. Combine the cacao powder, coconut sugar and salt. Add cacao mix and dark chocolate to your boiling milk. Mix until all combined.
  6. Bring the heat down, add the cornflour mix and whisk until combined and thick.
  7. Serve with some dark chocolate shavings and vegan cream or marshmallows. Enjoy!
