Acerola Cherry Powder 70g, Organic (Of The Earth)
½ tsp of Acerola Cherry Powder
Pineapple Pieces in Juice, Organic 425g (Biona)
125g of tinned Pineapple Pieces plus a little of the juice (5-6 Tbsp)
Smooth Cashew Nut Butter 1kg (Meridian)
2 tsp of Cashew Nut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Other Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- ½ a fresh Papaya
Method
- Chop the Banana and Papaya into a liquidiser along with the Pineapple pieces, Cashew Nut Butter, Vanilla Extract and Acerola Cherry Powder.
- Pour over a little of the excess pineapple juice from the can, say 5-6 Tablespoons then whizz up all the ingredients for 30 seconds.
- Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Then serve.
