This carob bar has a mild, chocolate-like flavour. Each bar is hand moulded into a a lovely crunchy, chunky treat. You can eat this carob bar straight from the pack or add to your cooking and baking.

Carob is less bitter than cocoa, so even though this bar is sugar-free and contains no sweeteners, it is chocolatey enough for anybody who enjoys dark chocolate!

Plamil have blended Cocoa Butter, Carob Powder and Soya Flour to produce this smooth chocolate style bar. Carob is ideal for those who cannot tolerate caffeine and/or Theobromine normally found in Cocoa Powder.
