Juniper Berry or Juniperus communis is a prickly evergreen shrub (or small tree). It grows to a height of up to 12 meters. This essential oil has a fresh, bittersweet note with a slightly peppery after-aroma. The oil, as its name suggests, is obtained from the berries of this shrub. Why don't you try a using this for a massage, with a blend of 2 drops of juniperberry and 2 drops of grapefruit in 10ml of coconut oil for a wonderful, cleansing massage.
