Biotiful Coconut Kefir is a cultured milk drink which can naturally support gut health and immunity. Made with British milk and no added sugar, Coconut Kefir is creamy yet light and bursting with coconut flavour. Kefir Coconut is great on its own, in smoothies or as an afternoon snack.
