Preserved Lemons

Beautiful fresh Organic Sicillian lemons, chopped and brined by us in Cornwall using Soil Association approved sea salt, organic bay leaves and organic whole black peppercorns.
An amazing ingredient to use in your savoury cooking. They are delicious mixed into cous-cous too and are excellent in tagines. The intensely salty lemony brine is fantastic as a rub on chicken and lamb before cooking. A little of the lemon peel finely chopped works wonderfully with rice or pasta.
