Tomatoey French Puy & green lentils
Our much-loved lentils, with a tomatoey twist. We've cooked Green and Puy Lentils in a rich tomato and basil sauce. All combined with sweet sun-dried tomatoes, onion and garlic. This pouch is so delicious, you can eat it on its own. Our Puy Lentils are grown in Le Puy-en-Velay, a region in France, which has a unique climate and volcanic soil in which lentils thrive. They have a delicious, peppery flavour and hold their shape during cooking.

Meal idea...
For a quick and comforting plant-based meal, simply heat a pouch of Tomatoey French Lentils with a tin of chopped tomatoes. Pour over a baked sweet potato and top with vegan cheese.
How to prepare
Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold.
