Roasted Pepper Dip and Spread
Sun-ripened peppers picked in Puglia, in Southern Italy, were harvested, prepared and roasted on-site.
This is the base of Organico's pepper spread to which Organico adds onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and a little lemon and vinegar to balance the taste.
Peppers* 60% (Italy), sunflower oil* 15% (EU), sundried tomatoes* 10%, cashew nuts* 5% (non EU) potatoes*, extra virgin olive oil*, onions*, salt, wine vinegar*, black pepper*, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
