Directions:
For best results, use 2-4 servings daily for your protein shakes. Use 1 serving upon waking, 1 serving 60-90 minutes before exercise, followed by 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of exercise.
Protein shakes:
1 serving: Add 1 scoop of protein powder (25g) to 200ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds.
1 super serving: Add 2 scoops of powder (50g) to 400ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds.
