Ketjap Manis
This sweet Indonesian soy sauce is gluten-free and really indispensable in the kitchen! Made with soybeans and according to an authentic Indonesian recipe. Sweet in taste and with a nice syrupy structure. Kecap Manis does not contain wheat. This makes this seasoning also suitable if you are hypersensitive to wheat or have a gluten allergy (celiac disease).
Tip; make a marinade of sweet soy sauce and honey. Great for marinating meat, fish or Yakso's meat substitutes!
