Contains Wheat & Oat Flakes, Almonds & Hazelnuts, Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds, plus raisins, sultanas, dates and apricots.
100% organic ingredients, sourced locally where possible.

This muesli has a high proportion of fruits, nuts and seeds, constituting over 40% of the mix. This makes for a rich-tasting muesli. The mixture of short and medium-release carbs in the fruit and the long-term release carbs in the wholegrain oats and wheat allow a sustained energy release for hours and will hence help to stave off hunger until later in the day.

Oat Flakes, Toasted Wheat Flakes (wheat, barley malt), Sultanas*, Sunflower Seeds, Raisins*, Dates Chopped**, Apricots Chopped**, Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted Almonds, Hazelnuts Roasted.
100% organically grown ingredients. *Coated with sunflower or palm oil. **Coated in rice flour to prevent sticking.

No added sugar or salt.

The oat flakes are sourced locally from South East England.
