Wheat bran is used in a variety of ways. The most simple use is to add it to your daily breakfast cereal or porridge, in order to enhance the nutritional content. A daily tablespoonful of wheat bran over your muesli will add essential fibre, minerals and protein to your diet! Wheat bran is also common in many bread recipes: if you add one cup of wheat bran for every 2 cups of flour, you will have a well-balanced and wholesome mix. Wheat bran has an excellent taste and a surprising lightness that makes it great for sprinkling and mixing into things.
