Lemongrass or Cymbopogon citratus essential oil has a light, fresh and lemony aroma. The oil is obtained from the leaves.

You can try adding one drop each of lemongrass, lavender and geranium to a bowl of warm water and soaking tired feet for a truly relaxing way to end your day. Alternatively, a few drops of lemongrass and cedarwood in an oil burner will help keep pesky insects away during the summer.
