Flavoured ("Braised") Tofu - Ready to Eat!

This is a tofu that has been ready-flavoured with natural vegetable extracts. It is extremely tasty and is ready to eat straight from the can!
  • Very versatile and highly nutritious food.
  • Suitable for vegans, vegetarians & is free from yeast.
  • Great in salads, stir fries, with vegetables, curries or casseroles.
  • Easy open, ring-pull can.
  • Most tofu needs flavouring or frying, but not this one. It's already flavoured.
Marigold's braised tofu has a distinct, deep flavour which runs throughout. It is quite firm, therefore making it suitable to cook with.

This tofu can either be served hot or cold. A serving suggestion taken from the can, recommends trying it mashed with flaked nori, lemon juice, spring onions and sea salt to bring out the exciting flavour of the sea.

Dried soyabean curd (85%), Water, Sunflower oil, Liquid aminos (hydrolised vegetable protein from soya & maize), Millet extract, Sea salt.
