Versatile, delicious and simple to prepare - our Dried Porcini Mushrooms are a kitchen cupboard staple. They have been dried to provide a more intense flavour than fresh mushrooms, making them the perfect addition to stir fries, pasta and risotto.

Directions

To prepare, soak the mushrooms in a bowl of boiling water for 30 minutes. Lift out the mushrooms and squeeze dry.
