Mini Barley Bread Rolls or Dakos

The most genuine representative of the Cretan tradition. These double-baked wholegrain rolls are rich in fibre and low in fat. They are perfect for savoury and sweet toppings. In Crete they are served with finely chopped fresh tomato, salt, olive oil, oregano, crumbled feta cheese and black olives. Use them in place of stale bread in an Italian panzanella.

Ingredients
wholegrain flours (barley 42%, wheat), water, salt, yeast.
