Our oat fibre has been processed so that almost all non-fibre components, fats and carbohydrates have been removed. This is an extra fine powder that will not have any effect on the texture or taste of any baked goods, nor any other food/drinks it may be added to. When adding to baked goods recipes, use between 3-5% of your flour weight. Oat fibre is also odourless and tasteless, making it a great addition to recipes or drinks.
