Dark Chocolate Rice Cakes

BioToday rice cakes with chocolate are delicious as a snack. These gluten-free waffles are made from puffed whole grain rice and covered with a layer of dark chocolate (80%), sweetened with unrefined coconut blossom sugar. Low in calories and because the chocolate does not contain milk, the waffles are also suitable for vegans.
