Our gingerbread spice blend is made up of 100% natural, organically grown ingredients and is definitely a cupboard staple in the months of winter, though this could easily be used all year round!
This easy to use and conveniently prepared mix is just what you need for any gingerbread recipe. Use this in baking gingerbread biscuits, or add into cookies, pies and cakes for an extra sweet-spiced kick of flavour. You can also mix this wonderful blend into jams, marmalades and fruit syrups to give them a little more oomph.
This spiced blend can also be used to top your morning porridge or be sprinkled onto yogurt, muesli, fruit salad and so much more for an added dash of flavour. You can do the same with your morning coffee, or in colder, more festive months stir some into your hot chocolate or use with mulled wine.
