These plump sultanas are soft and ready to eat. They're great for adding to muesli and porridge, and perfect to use in your baking and cooking, in both sweet and savoury dishes.The organic sunflower oil has been added to retain moisture and help prevent the sultanas from sticking together in the bag. These sultanas are only very lightly coated and this will not affect your recipe.
