You can easily incorporate this product into your everyday lifestyle by blending it into beverages or sprinkle it over dishes. This will allow you to unlock its goodness at any time of the day. The most common way to enjoy our organic tulsi powder is to brew it up as a delicious cup of tea. You can do so by simply adding a teaspoon of tulsi powder to a cup of hot water, let it steep for 5-10 minutes and optionally add honey or lemon to taste. Alternatively you can also add it into smoothies.
Some of our other favourite tulsi recipes are:
- Tulsi lemonade: A refreshing and healthy drink that is perfect for summer. Simply add a teaspoon of tulsi powder to a glass of lemonade and stir well.
- Tulsi pesto: Delicious and versatile. Combine tulsi powder, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Tulsi chutney: Mix tulsi powder, cilantro, mint, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and yogurt in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with samosas, pakoras, or other Indian snacks to enjoy!
You can also use our organic tulsi powder for an array of beauty and relaxation treatments as well.
- Add it to bath water. Use a teaspoon of tulsi powder to a warm bath and soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Make your very own facemask! Combine tulsi powder, honey, and yogurt in a bowl and mix well. Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
- Homemade tulsi oil, perfect for massage. Add tulsi powder and olive oil into a jar and let it sit in a sunny spot for 2-3 weeks. Strain the oil and store it in a dark bottle for later use.
