Sussex Velvet Organic is a semi-soft continental style cheese made by hand using organic cow milk.

Carefully matured in our cheese store for twelve to fourteen weeks, Sussex Velvet gradually develops its attractive natural, mottled grey rind and its dense, but smooth velvety texture and full herbaceous flavour.
