Soy-Free Seitan Bites
These Seitan Bites are covered in crispy breadcrumbs and flash-fried, so only need a couple of minutes in the frying pan over moderate heat. Alternatively, they can be heated for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. They are packed with protein and are a healthy, delicious alternative to traditional chicken nuggets.
