Fruit 'n' Nut Gluten Free Muesli

This muesli is packed full of complex carbohydrates, plant proteins and oils from the nuts and seeds. There is no added sugar in this blend, but instead it is naturally sweetened by the dried fruit.

Although this muesli can be eaten without cooking, we find that the rice flakes need a little soaking or cooking to make them more palatable as they can be quite hard. Therefore a Bircher Style, 'wet' muesli or more porridge type consistency could prove the most tasty.
