Miracle Noodles have a great range of low carb products ranging from penne to rice! These products are made from shirataki, which is an almost calorie-free natural fibre of a native asian vegetable. We think these noodles would work well with creamy pasta sauces and in soups! They are very similar to linguini and fettuccini - but with a softer structure and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
