Directions:

For best results, take up to 2 servings of Tricellar Whey™ daily.
Use 1 serving within 30 minutes of completing intense exercise and the second serving upon waking.

On non-training days, using 1 serving upon waking.

1 serving: Add 1 level scoop (25g) of Tricellar Whey™ to 200ml of water and shake well for 10 seconds.

1 super serving: Experienced performance athletes should add 2 level scoops (50g) of Tricellar Whey™ to 400ml of water and shake well for 10 seconds.
