Primrose's Kitchen have developed a delicious range of products based on the principles of Naturopathy. This Raw Almond and Hemp Butter is a tasty alternative to peanut butter. Almond and Chia seeds are both good sources of protein, making this a great energising snack.

Spread onto toast, crispbreads or crackers. This nutritious spread can also be used in baking and cooking. Try adding to satay sauce or use as a filling for raw chocolates. This spread can also be used as a dressing for salads and grains!
