Activation is the process of soaking, sprouting and fermenting of nuts. Raw Ecstasy’s Activated Nuts have been long-soaked in a natural saline solution, then long dried at temperatures less than 55º. This ensures optimum activation, preservation of nutrients and micro-organisms and detox of anti-nutrients.

Upon activation these nuts become noticeably lighter, tastier, more nourishing, free of bitterness and deliciously more-ish.

This mixed bag of nuts is a great way to sample all five different types of activated nuts. They have a slightly savoury taste due to the Himalayan salt! Enjoy these nut as a nutritious snack! Alternatively you can add them to salads or homemade granola.
