Artichoke Dip with Artichoke Hearts

The texture of this artichoke dip is wonderfully smooth. It has a lovely, clean, fresh, earthy flavour, with a distinctive kick of lemon. It contains a good amount of beneficial antioxidants and is a good source of vitamins C and K. You can spread artichoke dip on your favourite bread or pair it with roasted vegetables. It can also be eaten as a starter.
