Fruit 'n' Nut Gluten Free Muesli

Although this muesli can be eaten without cooking, we find that the rice flakes need a little soaking or cooking to make them more palatable as they can be quite hard. Therefore a Bircher Style, 'wet' muesli or more porridge type consistency could prove the most tasty.
