Our organic pistachios in the shell have been already roasted and lightly salted making them ready to eat as well as being a wonderful healthy on-the-go snack. Pistachios are known for their high protein and fibre, as well as having an abundance of vitamins present as well as omega-3 fatty acids. This makes them a great choice for anyone to consume, and especially for those that follow a vegan or vegetarian diet.
Pistachios are a good source of iron, calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C. With the amount of protein, vitamin B6 and magnesium having around 28g of pistachio nuts can help benefit better sleep as well as your overall energy levels.
As well as being a great snack option on their own, our roasted and salted pistachios are also perfect for adding into pasta dishes, soups, salads and as a breading for various fish/fish alternative products.
