Dates are an excellent source of energy, and these dates are sweet and succulent. They have an all-round appeal and are an ideal snack for kids.

These dates have had the stones taken out.

May contain traces of sunflower oil, used to lubricate the packing machine (however, note that the oil is not added to the dates themselves, and these dates are nice and dry and not oily or sticky at all!).

Although every effort is made to remove the stones some may remain.
