This coconut spread is made from the white flesh of pure, unsweetened coconut. The whole of the coconut flesh is made using the latest cold pressing technology below 40°C. It creates a smooth, creamy flavour.
This coconut is very similar to a creamed coconut block, but does not need to be kept refrigerated after opening. It can be diluted with warm water in order to make fresh coconut cream or coconut milk.

Spoon into curries and Thai stir fries for a creamy coconut flavour and texture.
Simply spread onto toast or crackers. You don't need to add anything else - it is delicious!
Use as a direct alternative to a creamed coconut block. As this is in a jar, it will keep for longer and you can use a spoonful at a time.
Use in desserts: can be used to make coconut ice-cream. Can also be mixed into cakes and biscuits.
Dilute with warm water to make coconut milk. This can be used just as regular coconut milk: as a drink, in drinks or in a wide range of sweet and savoury recipes.
Directions for Use
Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop the contents from the jar. If the contents are hard, you can melt it by placing the jar in hot water for about 15 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Take care not to get water into the jar. It is normal for some separation of the product to occur.
