Fresh Sun-dried Tomato & Green Olive Houmous

The texture of this wonderful houmous is very smooth and creamy. It tastes delicious, with pieces of olive, sundried tomato. garlic, lemon and salt. It's really superb in a sandwich or wrap, where it really elevates the taste to the next level! Alternatively, it's a perfect snack to go with crisps, pitta bread, crackers or vegetable sticks.
