1) Marinate the turkey pieces in teriyaki sauce, honey and five spices then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2) Place the turkey into an oven proof dish and cover in foil. Put this into the oven for 30 minutes. When you take the turkey out the meat should be moist and tender.
3) Meanwhile, cook the noodles for 8 minutes in boiling water. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
4) Heat some rapeseed oil to a wok and add the ginger, garlic and chilli. After a few minutes, add the vegetables and lightly fry for a few minutes, followed by the noodles.
5) Serve in a large bowl, place the cooked turkey on top and garnish with crushed cashew nuts and
fresh coriander leaves.
