Make your own Organic Gluten-Free Bread

This is an easy to use baking mix designed for those on a gluten-free diet and can be enjoyed by anyone!

You won't need a bread machine or even a bread tin. Just add 475ml of lukewarm water into the box through the hole in the box, plug the hole with plug provided and then just shake vigorously for 1 minute. Tear off the lid and bake at 190°C for 60 minutes. Simple!

Ingredients:

Wholegrain rice flour*, corn starch*, rice flakes*, quinoa sourdough powder* (quinoa flour*, rice flour*, starter cultures), corn flour*, milled flaxseed gold*, thickener: carob gum*, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidification agent: cream of tartar, corn starch*), sea salt, thickener: xanthan gum. (* =organic) Salt content: 2.5g per 100g.
