Yakso garlic paste is a 100% natural product. Unlike many garlic pastes, it contains no naughty synthetic preservatives, colourings or chemicals, plus it has been made with organically grown garlic bulbs. Because of this, the colour of the paste will vary and will often look much darker than other garlic pastes - this is perfectly normal and natural.

Garlic paste is often referred to as garlic puree.

The Taste

This garlic paste has a beautifully rich garlic aroma and flavour. If you were cooking for two, one spoonful would probably be enough. Though as with anything like this, how much you use depends on you personal preference. Garlic lovers would probably pop in a dollop or two more.

Please note that this product contains salt. If you are on a low salt diet and want to use this product, it’s best to avoid being over-generous with your portion. There would be no need to season the dish with salt as this product will do that for you.
