Directions for use

Adults and children 12+: Take 1-4 capsules daily, with food.
Children 3-11 years: We would suggest using the original Bio-Kult formulation.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
Warning: Long-term use of >10 mg vitamin B6 a day may lead to mild neurological symptoms (i.e.: tingling and numbness)
