Soya flour is made by toasting the soya bean and grinding it into a fine powder. It characteristically golden yellow in colour and has quite a soft, subtly moist texture. It has a more savoury, nutty flavour than some flours but works well in both sweet and savoury dishes with no compromise on taste.
Our soya flour is also great for making flatbreads, crisps, oriental snacks, Japanese pastes, Vietnamese pancakes, and so much more. It can be used as a thickener, especially for sauces and soups and it'll give an extra boost of protein as well. Soya flour is also great for coating foods that you are going to fry.

Directions
Soya flour can be an alternative to wheat-flour, but it is best used as part of a general flour mix for wheat-free baking. The proportions are as follows:
- 4 parts soya flour.
- 2 parts tapioca flour.
- 4 parts potato flour.
- 3 parts corn flour.
