This product is unflavoured so that you can add this to anything possible and not know of its presence - other than the abundant health benefits! Simply add 10g to a drink or suitable meal to ensure a sufficient boost of collagen.

As we get older our collagen levels begin to drop, so its important that we are supplementing this from our food and other sources that we can. Collagen helps maintain healthy hair, strong nails and plump, youthful skin, as well as ensuring that our joints and muscles are repairing and recovering from day-to-day life. Adding our hydrolysed marine collagen powder to your post-workout routine will be beyond beneficial for you and your body.
Mix 5-10g into your favourite smoothie, juice or any other beverage of choice. Alternatively you can also mix into your cereal or yogurt in the morning. 10g (2 tablespoons) is equal to your recommended daily consumption.
Ensure the powder is thoroughly mixed before consuming. Ideally use a shaker or mini-whisk. 5g should be added to roughly 300-400ml liquid, and 10g to around 600-1L liquid.
