Our Chimichurri Spice Mix brings the vibrant, zesty flavours of traditional chimichurri sauce to your kitchen in a convenient, ready-to-use form. Featuring a bold blend of parsley, garlic, paprika, black pepper, smoked onion, tomato, oregano, chilli, and a touch of peppermint, this spice mix delivers a perfect balance of smoky, tangy, and fresh flavours.
Inspired by the classic Argentinian condiment, this versatile seasoning is perfect for grilling, roasting, or marinating meats, vegetables, and seafood. Whether used as a dry rub or mixed with oil and vinegar to create a sauce, it adds a burst of flavour to any dish. DirectionsCombine 2 tablespoons of chimichurri spice mix with 4 tablespoons each of water and your oil of choice. Stir well and let the mixture infuse for at least 15 minutes.
