Our ground organic marjoram is a wonderful choice for seasoning foods such as meat, fish, cheese and vegan-friendly alternatives of these. It brings out a stronger, complementary flavour to these foods, though it is also great for soups, salads and marinades. Sautéed and roasted vegetables will also benefit from being seasoned with marjoram, making it a handy kitchen essential.
Ground marjoram can be used to brew a herbal tea. Simply boil hot water as you would for any tea and simply pour over the marjoram (add as much to your own taste). Plenty of cocktails and liqueurs feature marjoram to enhance a drink's flavour. It can also be used as a cocktail ingredient, especially when combined with other sweet ingredients.
