Quinoa is a very tiny cereal, the crop of which was farmed during the ancient time of the Incas. It has a high protein count and is low in fat. The flour is milled straight from the whole quinoa grain and can be used in all sorts of baking recipes.

Quinoa is naturally gluten free and is safe for those with wheat and gluten intolerances to eat.
