Meridian Organic pumpkin seed butter is a delicious, healthy spread which is roasted and then ground until smooth and contains 100% seeds. Delicious spread on crackers and crumpets, added to baking or stirred into pasta or risotto. No palm oil, no added sugar or salt and suitable for vegans. Oil separation is natural and can be simply stirred back in.
