Our dried kiwi contains a generous amount of vitamin C, vitamin K, and vitamin E, just like the fresh fruit, making it a wonderful sweet treat to snack on. These dried slices are also perfect for baking, either as a garnish to cakes and drinks, or in recipes. They're also great to use in, or to garnish, smoothies/smoothie bowls and plenty more. These dried slices are also great just by themselves!
Because dried kiwi has such a high vitamin E content it can help to promote hair growth and hair quality. Its also high in antioxidants and serotonin, making it the perfect before-bed snack to help encourage a restful sleep. Kiwi also contains an enzyme known as actinidain, which can help in the digestion of consumed proteins throughout the body.
