About Echinacea

Echinacea Purpurea (Purple Coneflower) is a widely recognised traditional herbal remedy for colds and flu. The fresh tincture supports the body's immune system, helping it to fight off the symptoms of cold and flu, as well as maintaining a stronger resistance against future colds and flu.

Keep in mind that not all Echinaceas are the same. There are several varieties of the plant and often, manufacturers use dried or other versions of echinacea. A.Vogel's Echinacea Throat Spray uses fresh leaves and root from the Echinacea Purpurea plant - considered the most effective echinacea at supporting the immune system.

Sage

Sage is an age-old herb used traditionally in both cooking and for its medicinal purposes. It is believed to have healing antiseptic, anti-fungal and digestive settling properties. The antiseptic aspect of sage may help relieve discomfort at the back of the throat.

Peppermint

Peppermint oil in this blend is refreshing and helps you to breathe more clearly.

Directions

Pop on the directional nozzle and twist to a horizontal position. Apply the spray to the back of the throat.
Adults: 2 sprays twice daily. In acute cases 6-10 times a day.
Children 6-12 years: 1 spray twice daily. In acute cases 6-10 times a day.

Do not spray into the nose and avoid contact with eyes. Avoid this product if you are allergic to echinacea or any other ingredients in the blend. Not recommended for people with epilepsy. Seek medical advice prior to purchase if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Each spray contains the tinctures of: Fresh Echinacea Purpurea* Herb 190mg, Fresh Salvia Officinalis* (Sage) Leaves 95mg, Fresh Echinacea Purpurea* Root 10mg. Spray also contains: Sorbitol solution, ethanol, soya lecithin, sucrose ester and peppermint oil. Alcohol content 40% v/v.
