Organic Brown Flax Seed

These brown seeds from the flax plant are grown in Austria. The plants produce pretty blue flowers from which the seeds develop.

Brown linseed has a nutty flavour which is ideal for use as a healthy sprinkle into salads, pasta and soups. The seeds offer a high level of fibre and are rich in omega oils. Add to smoothies, porridge and flapjacks.

Mix with golden linseed for an attractive, delicious and healthy sprinkle.
